Three MIT shuttle buses taking up space in the bike lane on Vassar Street, per usual. This was taken just before 5PM.

I haven't ridden my bike to work in a long time, and I still get annoyed with how motorists and pedestrians (and some bicyclists) have no respect for the bike lane. This woman was sitting in her car smack in the middle of the lane, as you can see. I didn't get her license number.

Just sat.. shooting the breeze. Waiting for something. Can't even be bothered to drive into one of the vacant parking space.

ps; that's a "no stopping" sign your parked right next to, and a fire hydrant.

I would love to be able to say she's stopped to back into that empty parking spot on her right, but no.. she's just sat there in the bike lane.

About 50 yards up the road there is a large area to pull off the highway, there's also a loading bay for the building he's delivering to.

Duffy Roofing decided the bike lane on Talbot Avenue in Dorchester was a perfect place to park while working on a job there... They were pretty nasty about my desire to take a photo after they said TS wrt my suggestion that they were violating parking regulations... In fact the larger gentleman in the first photo (not with Duffy) assaulted me... His post later.

Talbot Avenue in Dorchester has a nice lane and roofing contractor Duffy Roofing just thought it was a dandy parking spot while doing a job... No unloading just parking.

At the dedication of the new bike lanes on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston, Massachusetts on August 5, 2008, Mayor Thomas Menino's SUV was parked in the bike lane.

During the dedication, a line of of bicyclists -- mother, two children and father -- rode past, merging out of the bike lane to overtake the Mayor's SUV.

This tradesman is doing iron work for a business on Comm Ave. So, he's double parked in the bike lane while he works.

The third taxi driver in the taxi queue habitually leaves his taxi's back left quadrant in the lane because he pulls in forward instead of parking parallel in the spot.
